My speciality is deep tissue and sports massage in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions.

When developing a treatment plan I look at postural problems, repetitive motion issues, stress levels and any emotional guarding that is present. I use my knowledge of the soft tissue and musculoskeletal system to make informed bodywork decisions, allowing for the accuracy needed to free deep adhesions and holding patterns.
